He got over fifty Martial Art Centres everywhere in Europe for promoting Ving Tsun Kung Fu. Recently, Master Cheng Sheung Mo from Netherlands, holders of several Martial Art Centres, came for becoming an apprentice of our Centre. Under the leadership of Master Cheng Kwong, Ving Tsun Kung Fu was not only glorified but became a famous school of martial arts overseas. Founder of Ving Tsun Kung Fu:
Tracing the foundation of Ving Tsun Kung Fu, it was imparted by a Zen master Chi Sin who came from the North. He taught Master Wong Wah Po, Leung Yee Tai, San Kam Ving Tsun Kung Fu. Later then San Kam imparted to his son-in-law Tsoi Chung and god son Fung Siu Ching.
Fung Siu Ching who came from Hainan grew in a poor family. When he was young, he was a trainee in a costume shop in Guangzhou. He liked Kung Fu very much. San Kam sometimes went to the shop so he knew Fung Siu Ching. San Kam found that Fung Siu Ching is talented in Kung Fu therefore Fung Siu Ching became San Kam’s god son. San Kam taught him Kung Fu.
Fung Siu Ching had practised for more than ten years. Then Fung Siu Ching taught martial arts in Pak Woo Club House and trained up many talents. He taught Lo Yam Nam and Lo Kai Tung in Xi Qiao after liberation. Later he was invited by the host of a dispensary Ma Chung Yu to Fat Shan to teach. At that time, his apprentices included Wong Si Yee, Tong Chik Tong Sze, the host of Chi Sin Tong Dispensary Chiu Kan, Artist Chan Lan Lim, an aristocratic family from Nanhai Tang Suen. Tang Suen was a living legend of playing rod. Tong Chik was a man of muscle. Both Tang Suen and Tong Chik was always asked to demonstrate rod-playing technique for Siu Ching. So they were representatives of Ving Tsun Kung Fu. In Hong Kong, there are some masters teaching Ving Tsun Kung Fu. They are apprentices of Master Tang Suen, apprentices of Masters Tong Chik and apprentices of Master Lo Chiu Wun, etc.
